You will be sent an Exchange Form to fill out to send back inside your order.
Please Send this form back with your order.
We accept Returns for Exchange or In-Store CREDIT within 14-21 days of purchase.
We will issue a grace period after 14 days of up to 21 days to allow for shipping issues, should they arise.
• Merchandise must have tags attached, original packaging and be in new condition with no smell of smoke or odor nor animal hair.
• Lost receipts will receive the current sale price and In-Store credit if proof of purchase can be found in our system.
• Customers should include their name and phone number to their transaction to be eligible for a n exchange, otherwise, there is no proof of purchase with a lost receipt.
Online Orders use Exchange Form included in package to identify your order.
