Shipping policy

We currently ship to physical addresses in the United States via USPS. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If USPS does not recognize your address, we will call you for address confirmation. If needed, items can be sent to your local post office.

  • We also offer a free, In-store pick-up option for local customers.

Please note that the shipping rates for the items that you purchase are based on your order total and weight, should additional shipping be requested or needed.

  • Please allow extra shipping time when placing an order during the busy holiday season. Orders placed on a holiday, will ship out the next business day.
  • Orders placed on week-ends will be sent out the following business day.
  • Orders are sent out same day or next business day, depending on when the order is received.
  • Order Items requiring special shipping, for example, fragile or heavy items, the customer may have additional shipping rates.

  • Flat Rate Shipping $9.99 for all orders.
  • We make every effort to choose 3-5 days days or less. This will depend on the day of the week, holidays and carrier rates.
  • *Fastest Rate Shipping $15.99 for all orders. *See Below.
  • Free Shipping for Items over $125. Heavy Items make take longer to receive, due to carrier rates, and may need additional shipping, if so, you will be contacted.
  • Heavy Items may incur an additional handling charge and you will be contacted for additional fees and sent an invoice to cover this additional fee.

  • *Fastest Ship Rate of $15.99:  if you choose this shipping rate, we will choose the fastest ship rate in this pricing tier. 
  • If you need it faster, you can choose to add on additional funds to cover the shipping. We are happy to work with you to get your items to you, when you need it. When this is requested, when possible, we will be glad to hand deliver these items directly to the postal service or other ship stations as available.
  • For shipping rates over $15.99, we will contact you for approval before adding on additional ship rates. Always feel free to call us for fastest ship rates. We are happy to help you! 979-479-4515
  • Please note, once the order is in the hands of the shipping carrier we no longer have control of the item. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to keep up with your order, should a delay occur. You will need to contact that carrier with your inquiry.

Ship-By Dates for December 25 Delivery
December 17: Last day to ship First Class Mail® & USPS Ground Advantage®
December 18: Last day to ship Priority Mail®
December 20: Last day to ship Priority Mail Express®

Overnight and Next Day Shipping, if it's guaranteed, will only be so with the carrier selected that has that option. If they do not guarantee, then it is up to carrier to support their ship times provided. Once it leaves our facility, it is in the care and responsibility of the shipping carrier.
