• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Receipt or proof of purchase required.

• Online exchanges require approval and a completed Exchange Form.

• Customers pay return shipping; one free exchange shipment per customer/order.

• Sale, promotional, and 50% off items are final sale.

• Special orders are non-returnable.

• Eligible gift returns require a gift receipt and receive in-store credit.

• Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
