A: For full refunds to your original payment method, please return items to the store within 14 days of receipt! If you have an issue with time, just give us a call, text or email. Please provide your name and order number.
Remember, Return Shipping Fees are paid by the customer. As a courtesy, we will help you with exchanging a size, by sending you the requested size for free, once your return has been received back to us.

Returns that exceed 14 days, gifts and any other return request will be issued an in-store credit to be used at your next purchase.

All Returned Items must be in NEW, Sellable Condition. All tags attached, no odors of any kind, including smoke. No wear, pet hair, defects or issues. All items are inspected before leaving the warehouse for quality assurance.
