You will be sent an Exchange Form to fill out to send back inside your order.

Please Send this form back with your order.

We accept Returns for Exchange or In-Store CREDIT  within 14-21 days of purchase.

We will issue a grace period after 14 days  of up to 21 days to allow for shipping issues, should they arise.

• Merchandise must have tags attached, original packaging and be in new condition with no smell of smoke or odor nor animal hair.

•  Lost receipts will receive the current sale price and In-Store credit if proof of purchase can be found in our system.

• Customers should include their name and phone number to their transaction to be eligible for a n exchange, otherwise, there is no proof of purchase with a lost receipt.

Online Orders use Exchange Form included in package to identify your order.

All purchases during special promotions are final sale. Returns from earlier dates may not be exchanged into promotional pricing.

• If you Damage a Product during wear or use, it is not available for exchange. If you do not follow care instructions and damage the product, it is not available for exchange.

• Gifts & Gift Registry, Should have a GIFT RECEIPT and will receive IN-STORE credit.

• Special Orders are Non-Returnable and not eligible for sales or discounts.

• Gifted Returned, Unworn Jewelry + Sunglasses Will Receive IN-STORE credit, We do not accept worn merchandise.

•  Shipping is Non-Refundable.

•  Customer is Responsible for All Online Order Shipping and Return Shipping.

•  50% Off Items are Final Sale/No Returns.

• For In-store EXCHANGES, Bring your receipt and the item in its packaging or bag with tags attached, original condition.

• If your purchase Is NOT in NEW, re-sellable condition we cannot accept it.

•  If you wear it, it's yours.

Note: All returns sent back to TBS are the customers financial responsibility! But to assist you in trying another size, we will ship your exchange request to you with free shipping, once your return is received and processed!
